Is this file saved on a shared drive? This has been known to create some issues

No,it is in system only. This has happened before.

Is it because of too many simulations?

Probably not...there is no limit of # of simulations in a project. Can you share the file with us?

Sorry for the delay. I was able to sort the problem. And getting proper response now. But I have another doubt, I am giving input of pH solubility data,and trying to predict pH dependent interaction. I have created individual with different gastric pH and Compounds with input of solubility at different pH . According to the invitro data ,the solubility decreases with increase in pH. But the simulated graph does not show the same. It shows that the response is higher when solubility is low. Also, I want to know how to run the sensitivity analysis and find out the difference in AUC,Tmax,C max for the same.

@desaimrunal Would you be able to send is the project? As for other questions, p[please ask in the forum if you expect to have answers. This repo is only for bug reports. If you do not want to share your corrupted project, I will close this issue bu the end of the week
