Combine Administration protocol creation with optional Events (e.g. meals)

Additionally to the current way of adding events to simulations: it should be possible to couple events with administration protocol.

E.g. for the advanced administration protocol it could look like this:

• Each administration becomes 2 additional input fields:
  • Placeholder for Event (can be empty)
  • Event offset (relative to the administration start time) (default: 0; can be negative!)

When creating a simulation: non-empty Event placeholders from the administration protocol schema must be mapped to the Events (defined under Events building block i the same way as now). The mapping should be done in the same way as now for the formulations:

More flexible solution would be: allow not just one event per administration, but a list of events, e.g. the user could set:

• Meal together with an administration AND
• EHC 2 hours later

Hmmm I cannot remember that we discussed exactly this, that events should be defined in the same way as administration protocols.

@PavelBal I have entered the description. The idea is not the replacement of the current events definition, but an additional option for that (coupled with administrations)
