IV simulation gone wrong #2802

I've simulated an intravenous administration based on the said paper I've found, but when I ran the simulation to evaluate the PK-Analysis, the real data provides values 10-fold the simulated value and I'm very confused about it. How can I improve it? Did I do something wrong? Can somebody please help me?
