Load project from Snapshot - add "cancel" #2828

Add an option to abort project snapshot loading.

Unless we can think of an easy trick, it's not a simple task because everything is running somehow asynchronously. We would need to pass a cancel token to almost all method that we have. Unless we restrict this at the top most mapper...TBD
