Incomplete equations for mixed inhibition and induction in the documentation #2863

Dear OSP-developers,

I checked for different equations defining inhibition and induction processes in the OSP documentation. https://docs.open-systems-pharmacology.org/working-with-pk-sim/pk-sim-documentation/pk-sim-compounds-defining-inhibition-induction-processes#mixed-inhibition-simple-setting-with-one-inhibitor

For Mixed Inhibition, the equation describing KM,app seems to be incomplete and " * KM" is missing on the right side of the equation. The given equation describes the KM_interaction_factor and not KM,app.

For Enyzme Induction, the equation is missing at the end of the section and it would be appreciated, if this could be added here.
