Prevent PK-Sim from including end stage renal disease patients in a normal population #2868

When creating a normal population based on a healthy individual, PK-Sim comes up with a population where around 50% of individuals have a GFR that is associated with impaired renal function (eGFR <90 mL/min/1.73m²) including some end stage renal disease cases:

The limits of the underlying parameters used to calculate GFR (e.g., GFRmat) should be changed in a way that extreme values are not allowed for a healthy population.

What would be the reasonable values range? At the moment, min/max range is unrestricted for GFRmat
