Using the PK-Sim Test version 7.2: Parameter optimization did not perform as expected, based on the exercise 4.46 the PI should have been successful performed. Instead all runs were faulted:

@Incei Is this a new behavior or can you reproduce with 7.1?

@Incei It is too late anyways for this version as we are about to release Version 7.2. It is very important to post issues arising during the test phase as early as possible

Same issue with 7.1 with this project

The problem here is: the project was created with older version of PK-Sim; the name of Kidney|Urine|Fraction excreted was changed to Kidney|Urine|Fraction excreted to urine since then.

PI (and old simulations it's based on) contains the old name of the output. When performing PI with calculation methods variation, new simulations are created on the fly - they contain then new names of the output, which obviously irritates the error function of the PI.

We should take this into consideration for project conversion in the future when renaming simulations outputs.
