This observer could be calculated for metabolites as well in the following way: f_ex = molar amount of metabolite in urine (feces) / molar amount of the administered (parent) drug. For MoBi, stoichiometry can be taken into account.
What happened if the metabolite is also administered?
In this (rare) case, we do not need these observers.
