6 years ago Seems that value origin set by user for CompoundType/pKA-Parameter group is also set for a bunch of hidden parameters (e.g. pKa_TwoAcids_1 or Is monoprotic acid).
When a compound is exported to snapshot, those value origins are not exported (due to the fact that all those hidden parameters have IsDefault=true).
Means: after import from snapshot value origins of hidden parameters are correct (compound C1) But in the original project: they are not (compound OLD_C1).

In the attached file, I have saved all compound BBs as template. In a new project, I have then loaded the old project from a snapshot file (described an related to #799). In this project, I have now loaded the molecule template (termed as OLD_) and compared it with the snapshot-imported molecule BB.
There are many differences shown, although I would expect that both molecule BBs are the same:
