Formulations with solubility table: increase size of table window #872

When entering a table-defined formulation, the vertical size of the table is too small. Only one line is visible by default. This is true both in the creation dialogue as in the edit mode. I would recommend to expand the default to show 3 lines at most.

as an FYI: you can drag the little "..." down to have more space

Of course - that's the current "workaround". But if that part of the code is touched (e.g., because of #871), we might as well fix this little nuisance.
