Delete redundant transfer Int2Cell in Passive transport building block #12

The passive transport building block for pregnant women contains a transfer for the fetus PassiveDiffusionInt2CellFetus which is conceptually the same as PassiveDiffusionInt2Cell. It should be deleted to simplify the model; tags have to be adjusted accordingly.
