The manul conversion of the old project must be redone.

  1. Open the old project in PK-Sim 7.4 portable
  2. Open all elements (simulations, building blocks, ...) for editing
  3. Save the project
  4. Open the project saved in the previous step with PK-Sim 11.
  5. Open all elements (simulations, building blocks, ...) for editing
  6. Save the project

i triggered this issue and just wanted to say that i already found the general compound information very interesting and that, at least for me, this is not a big priority or so. sorry for causing the work and thanks for uploading the model!
