• [ ] If the workflow should be used for different R packages later, we should make the most installation steps optional. E.g. not every R package requires rClr, PK-Sim or Pandoc - so I would introduce the boolean workflow inputs for all of them (either as mandatory inputs or as optional inputs defaulting to false) and skip the corresponding installations if not required

• [ ] Also the path to the PK-Sim installation should be defined as an optional input and forwarded to the install-PKSIM action if given
