Inputs: file extension(s) to check Similiar to the UTF-8 of CSV files for the observed data

Notes for self:

single file extension e.g. find -type f -name "*.json" | xargs iconv -f UTF-8 -o /dev/null --verbose
multiple extensions e.g. find -type f -regex ".*\.\(R\|json\)" | xargs iconv -f UTF-8 -o /dev/null --verbose
