Pull all dependencies into one solution #120

RDotNet and dynamic-interop-dll should be just put into one solution. We always use them together.

Those projects have progressed, but rClr and therefore rSharp have not been updated to the latest builds.

Especially important when this is done, we need to compile support for libld.so.2 so that we don't need to symlink on Ubuntu.

update README to remove that step
