feat(tool): Prevent multi-merges #30

Update the comparison outcome logic to not allow the user to consolidate the same node multiple times.

Small suggest for the dialog box to make it even more clear that making a new match will override the previous one.

Do you think it would be straightforward to consider multiple matches as a feature in future

I think it would be a little complicated, but more that it just enables internal de-duplication within a single network, i've added thoughts to https://github.com/Open-Telecoms-Data/ofds_consolidation_tool/issues/15
