Copy OT to another folder; icons revert #13

If you copy and paste the OpenTuring package to another folder (i did it from inside the zip package), the splash reverts to the old splash that says 4.1.12 and the icon reverts to the old icon. Hashmaps and other new features still work though.

copy entire contents of zipped package, paste in another folder

does it happen if the package is unzipped normally?

Probably a Microsoft bug then. I'll try and find out.

Blame everything on microsoft. Ok.
