Install UI library NextUI #18

We try adding NextUI because

it looks minimalistic and similar to Material Design 3
it has good community

We have followed the nextjs installation guide here: https://nextui.org/docs/frameworks/nextjs#manual-installation

We also upgrade next.js from 14.1 to 14.2 to avoid weird useRef issue
