Services module has been installed and is working. Refer to https://www.drupal.org/node/2424977 for sample API calls.

Service path to endpoint: http://dev.openrfa.org/rest
Get token: http://dev.openrfa.org/rest/user/token.json
Log in: http://dev.openrfa.org/rest/user/login.json
Get all content of type Shared Parameter: http://dev.openrfa.org/rest/node?parameters[type]=shared_parameter
