[Bug]: database contains recordings from previous versions #814

Describe the bug

When downloading and running a new version of openadapt, I would expect not to see recordings from previous versions.

To Reproduce

Download and run openadapt twice.

When creating database fixtures, drop existing fixtures first.

Hi @abrichr I don't see any fixtures with the description "calculator" in the project (checked on the main branch).

Can you point out to where the data is coming from?
