Team bios are way too long #10

We could give each person a page of their own if we need such long text, but as it is it looks terrible.

On it. How do we control the size of the pictures and put line breaks in? By escaping the text?

picture size should be set with CSS, and we could run the text through the markdown processor easily enough.
