When running hello-kitty, I realised that Jess was copying all the saons from addresses, so if we were inferring from River Cottage, 123 Fake Street, then all the other inferred addresses would have the saon River Cottage, which is obviously A Bad Idea. I've fixed Jess to remove the saon now, but we need to handle this at the other end too.
