Publish OpenAddresses as "5-Star Linked Open Data"; link schema with Schema.org #61

To make OpenAddress data a first class citizen on the semantic web of data and fully discoverable and machine-processable ("5-Star Linked Data" http://5stardata.info) it would need to be published as Linked Data (any RDF syntax, but preferably JSON-LD) and ideally also linked to Schema.org.

Schema.org is the common schema that Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, and Yandex search engines use to index structured data on the web, and as the foundation of all of their knowledge graphs.

Q1: Is there an available schema for OpenAddress.org? Q2: Is it possible to publish this as Linked Data, preferably as JSON-LD? Q3: How well does this map to Schema.org?

Thank you!

Hi OpenHealthLink,

we registered Open Addresses with an open data certificate (https://certificates.theodi.org/datasets/22687) but had not linked to schema.org.

Unfortunately we are now in hibernation (https://alpha.openaddressesuk.org/blog/2015/07/27/a-time-for-going-to-bed) so won't be adding it to schema.org for the time being.

Best, Peter
