Add suggestions for increasing or decreasing K #215

It would be good to have a way to show suggestions on how to increase or decrease K factors for Free sequences. Especially for Intermediate.

A possible alternative is to show a box grid when selecting rolls. Vertical the amount of roll, horizontal the number of stops, in each grid cell the K factor. Additionally (when applicable), flick rolls and spins on the last columns.
