@rory09 Great work: and a good challenge to try and document an extension clearly.

I've refactored the text a bit so that:

The explanation of history is at the bottom - and we get straight into issues of using the element;
There is guidance for users of the data, as well as creators;
The XML fragment validates (and can be used with the suggested xpath for users)
