Initial recipe photo #255

The camera module takes a photo when a new recipe has been started.

This has been tested in simulation mode but not on an actual device yet.

Mind throwing this into one of your balena builds and sanity checking on real hw?

Will do a push after 5pm est today. (That's when filming ends...)
