Read firmware config from yaml or JSON files #37

This PR enables https://github.com/OpenAgInitiative/openag_brain/pull/137. For the full details, you should read the description there.

In addition to reading from YAML/JSON, this PR also removes the deep merging of multiple config file, simplifying config implementation.
