[Boss Encounter] Beam Boss #152

This boss doesn't deal much damage with its melee autoattacks, but they cause slow. It's main source of damage are beams, which deal damage in a line (with width). There should be a clear indicator the boss is about to fire one (with a windup specific to each kind)

Phase 1: The beams sweep a straight line ahead of the boss, like shown below: boss1

Phase 2 (70% HP): The beams sweep a horizontal arc in front of the boss boss2

Phase 3 (40% HP): The beams from Phase 1 leave a trail for some time after they pass which deals damage to those who step on it. The beams from phase 2 sweep the area more quickly.

Actually how that boss would be look like? I have no damn idea what would be irrational. :/ if he uses arcane that first diagram is ok, dealing lod dmg also but second diagram and arcane, that would look comical. Pike/poleaxe first ok but not dealing much damage is wird (pikes and poleaxes was one of bests weapons) and second diagram, would look not very effective :/

Similar to Swiper. Still like it. Would like to make him a little more different though.

Well, the boss stands still, more than Swiper, and the beams (especially Beam 1) are supposed to be slow (but cover a lot of area) My concept for beam 1 is that the boss is tall, and shooting at the ground at an angle. The speed of the front of beam 1 would be something like 100 (1+sec²(t)), where t is the number of seconds since the boss started (that's the ground speed for the source of the beam rotating at a constant angle)
