Recipe can be anything.

Abbility

Item could have one of two abilities below.

Both can only target enemy heroes.

• Cast last spell that you was targeted.

  for example Lina just targeted you with ultimate and now you can use this item to damage any enemy hero with Laguna blade until someone else will target you with spell or item was moved in to a backpack, for ballance issues.

• Cast on target last spell it casted.

  for example Lina just used Laguna blade on any unit and you can use that item to damage lina and only she with Laguna blade.

Additional informations

Second one could cast selfltgetable spells on you instead of enemy, for example casting luna ultimate on she is bad idea when she have one on herself.

• Self targetable spells and incantation's should be not enable to use (instead ue previous spell). Whatever having in mind that a lot of ground target spells like lion stun or luna Q can be targeted on hero spells like that should be usable by item itself in case of getting hit by it.

• If aghs will be in recepe it also could in both cases use upgraded versions of spells(actually it could be harder to avoid more than implement.

• Item use short cooldown [around 5s] and manacost of stolen abbility. Stolen abbility can be used only once after usage if wanted to use it again shoobe needed to stole it again. Have no disalire duration on stolen abbility.

Visual item like that needs to have some of visualisation what spell you can use with it. Myself i suggest to use for that buff indicator system to show an icon of spell that can be used

seems broken if you use a combination of things, Such as:

1. Sven ult, Refresh, Invoker's Alacrity
2. as invoker: getting tinker ult
3. Alacrity as Legion or Sven ult as Legion.
4. Sven ult on: Slark, Drow, Windranger, Huskar, Invoker in some cases, Carry Dazzle, Sniper, Troll Warlord

Aside from that i would love to get another stun as lion/SS

Sadly, I don't think this can be implemented. It also seems like it'd be very broken.
