Uriel: Light of God #20

Uriel is depicted as a cherub, whose name means Light of God. He's in possession of a book or scroll and a flaming sword, and is pitiless as any demon. He also is the one who checked the doors for blood during the plagues of Egypt, and is the one who "watches over thunder and terror"

Light: Part of the arena would be bathed in light. Those standing there would take damage over time, but would be the only ones able to damage the boss. The light would follow Uriel, and hace some other random patches that would change over time randomly. Those standing in the darkness would be unable to damage Uriel and would have all healing and regen reduced by a huge amount, like 80% . So, those unwilling to stand in the light and be judged can't intervene (Maybe the darkness also silences?)

Pitilessness: His attacks with his burning sword would apply stacks on the target. Each stack would work like fury swipes but dealing magical damage. However, if a player reaches 15 stacks Uriel instantly executes them, and heals 15% of his max HP. The stacks would fade after 6 secs or something, if the player is standing in the light. This way, players should be ready to rotate tanks.

Blood of the Lamb: Runes of blood would appear scattered on the arena. After a few seconds, all players not on the runes will get stunned, and Uriel will charge at them, dealing heavy damage and applying 10 stacks or so of Pitilessness.

Terror Storm: When Uriel healths drops below 20%, the entire arena would become dark, and lightning bolts will start to be shot from his scroll on the arena (with some indication of where). Each bolt would deal some damage and apply a stack of Pitilessness. The amount of bolts increase over time. While doing this, Uriel is invulnerable, and would only move to execute someone. After this ends, the entire arena lights up and Uriel starts to take increased damage.

Again, this is a very simple concept that I would to see expanded and criticized. Also, sorry for any mistakes or sloppyness but Im writing this from my mobile.

Really good boss idea, I like it.

Nice. Maybe remove the Pitiless working like fury swipes, the instant execution thing is already a lot. Make it deal burn DPS instead? Works with the light radiance... Also, would the light work like radiance and blind people?

I dont think the light should do anything, as is the "right place to be" to damage the boss. However the pitilessness working like a dot does sound cool
