The numbers will certainly change a bit (I know they're fiction in your original text, but I'm just saying FYI).
Having such a passive effect can make PL lose his specialty , but if we limit the amount of illusions somehow...or just have a low chance of spawning an Illusion - I like it.
You didn't say if the Active effect has any cooldown: does this skill work as long as you have enough mana , as long as the illusion is alive or is there something else?
I like this item and imo would refer to it as a boss item (if it's power fits).

I don't think our old Cancer Lancer would lose his specialty, as he can almost instantaneously generate an illusion army. This item, at the most, would allow one or two illusions to be up (But the hero would need rather high attack speed to consistently have 1 illusion. Two would be quite hard to maintain.). Also, these illusions are pathetically weak and would serve as a slight boost to DPS or as damage absorbers.
I don't think an item can be disassembled if it has a recipe. Other than that, I like it.
i think i should have top cup of ilusions. like max 2-4 ilusions or 2 that don't take additonal damage. without it it would make cancer lancer from evry hero
Mid- somewhat late-game item. Used on carries who need mana/slows/illusions.
Crafted using Echo Saber, Yasha and a Manta Style Recipe.(Alternatively, a Resonator recipe could be used.)
Passive Effect: All attacks have a 20% chance to create an illusion of the enemy that is attacked. This illusion takes 400% damage but deals 25% of the target's damage. Illusion lasts for 4 seconds.
Active Effect: Shadowspawn :Costs 100 mana and creates an illusion of the player. This illusion is invulnerable and deals no damage. However, it provides vision and applies a 25% slow on attack. Illusion lasts for 10 seconds. Edit: Cooldown of Shadowspawn is about 30 seconds.
Stats: Provides considerable mana regen, armor, attack speed and attack damage.Also gives a ~10% increase to movement speed. Player also gains about +12 to all stats.
Can be disassembled, but it destroys the recipe. Cannot be upgraded further.
