Abbilities:

Time Manipulation,[Passive], stronger poison attack.

Orb of venom one

Crack of Time,[Acktive], sends caster to place he was x seconds before with 20% of his health and mana. Passivly acktivate on death. If used manualy keeps curent hp and have significantly shorter CD. Very long CD.

Lore Description:

Can contain significantly more power than blade form equivalent. Powerful enough to bend time itself. Legends says that wielder cannot be killed.

Lore based on Blade of Alacrity description and Dagger of time from PoP

This sounds more like an int based item then it does an Agi one, and also if this is implemented -which it should, a mini weaver ult for everyone sounds amazing in duels- there should be a thing that indicates where you were X seconds ago

@Vafnar i dunno if it would work with int heroes, it is more of a item that not grants a lot but it's abbility is very powerful so is more of sitiuational item for carry vs lots of nuke potential in enemy team. But you know, dev can buff raw stats he grants with ultimate orb or something ;)
