Abilities

Passive: Shielding block: whenever a hero auto attacks you, create a shield that blocks 175% of the damage that would have been taken. 8 second Cooldown for the passive block. Active: Give an allied unit a temporary shield that will absorb all of the damage of the next auto attack or spell. The shield lasts 13 seconds with a cooldown of 26 seconds. When the active is used on yourself, the cooldown is reduced to 13 seconds.

@Vafnar i have feww questions, why need to block 175% of damage taken instead of 100%? You still block same amount in both cases. I'm just getting confused with all of these Abbilities, for some reason i read "Cd of The Shield is 13s [...] When casted on yourself is reduced to 13s." i dunno why i getting so confused in that.

The title of the item is the Shielding shield of shielding when you are attacked, a shield comes out from the first shield to block that damage, then a second shield gives you more then that, its a play on words while also completely riding on the #248 mechanic, this item just doesn't work without that mechanic, and in order to full understand this item, you have to know how #248 works as for the active, think of it like this: When you use it on an ally, the CD is 26 seconds, but when selfcasted, it is halved. @Haganeko to be honest i used same mechanic in recently submitted item ;) we posted that in same day like 15min from each other ( #264 ) . But still it got me few days to understand that post, i must was tired as hell :/
