[Boss Idea] Era, the Chronosaur #329

Arena

Same as default, but the ground is pitch black (same as inside Chronosphere)

Description

Era, the Chronosaur, is a triceratops-like creature (using the Ancient Thunderhide model) that has purple skin and lacks a face, clearly originating from Claszureme like Faceless Void. Alternatively, it's a much bigger version of the Faceless Rex courier (assuming the model can be re-worked to have an attacking animation)

Phase 1 (100% - 75% Health)

When the battle immediately starts, Era inflicts a debuff on all attacking heroes called "Entropy", which counts up from 0 to 100 stacks. Each 10 stack of Entropy will slow the attacking hero's Attack Speed and Movement Speed, and should Entropy reach 100 the hero will be stuck in a permanent mini-Chronosphere, unable to literally do anything. Should this happen, an illusion of Era (lore-wise, a version of itself from an alternate timeline) attacks the chrono'd hero with maximum attack speed that cannot be slowed, ensuring a brutal but quick death. Moving on, Era also has Void's "Backtrack" passive, providing it a 25% chance to completely negate damage of any kind.

Phase 2 (75% - 40% Health)

Era gains two new abilities. The first is Speed Steal, which is basically Visage's "Grave Chill" but only affects Attack Speed. The Attack Speed drain is truly severe, making even Alchemist with level 3 Chemical Rage attack slowly all while giving that Attack Speed to Era. Which is especially not good, as Era's second new ability is Faceless Void's "Time Lock".

Phase 3 (40% - 0% Health)

Era gains two more new abilities. First is Faceless Void's "Time Dilation, but only the cooldown pause part of the ability and it's cast on all attacking heroes rather than being an AoE (meaning that it can affect a player attacking from, say, outside the arena). The second new ability is "Time Warp", which is a channeled ability that, once the channel is finished, resets Era's HP to full (via rewinding his state back to before taking damage) and increases the stacks of Entropy on attacking heroes.

Strategy

Overall, Era is a true DPS race as Entropy gains 1 stack per second or two, with Era being a tough cookie to crack. Phase 1 is simple, with just Backtrack not letting every hit damage Era. Come Phase 2, however, those who build on attack speed find themselves punished as Era steals the majority of their attack speed, which can result in the main tank getting killed as Era wails on them super fast with Time Lock both stunning and adding additional damage. In this Phase, high attack damage and spells are preferred. And then with Phase 3, casters have to contend with their spell cooldowns getting paused and stuns are an absolute must in order to prevent Era from going back to full health and most likely killing everyone with maximum Entropy. So it's highly recommended to keep stuns off cooldown and reserve them for when Era channels Time Warp.

UPDATE- Replaced the Spider Queen with Era, the Chronosaur. With the Siltbreaker spider becoming a boss in OAA, Spider Queen would've been redundant. Since no "time-based" boss was suggested, decided to make one themed around that, with the overall strategy taking "race against time" literally
