This is a a great counter to healing, like cofefe, so that u have a choice and dont always have to buy cofefe. It ads some variety in the game. Mirror of Doom would actually be the only item that properly counters burst healers such as omni and necro. It's more like a caster item, so heroes who are not right-clicking have an anti-regen item.
