let's say like 38,6% of right click damage is added.
Q [Bouncing knife] throws projectile that bounce between enemy, cant bounce to same target, up to 5 targets, every target that got hit by it get more damage from other spells for x s.
W [Rip off] AoE damage around Cutler
E [Flash] blink to target, deal damage to target if enemy, gain damage reduction for x s
R [Target practice] constantly throws projectiles to target that deal damage + percent of attack damage. hero target only.
Aghanim Scepter upgrade, R now is AoE around hero instead targetable, attack every enemy hero in AoE.

lvl 10 kills refresh abilities / E now bash target
lvl 15 Q now slows enemy / cooldown reduction
lvl 20 Q does splash damage / halfs mana costs
lvl 25 you can move while R / R now increace damage dealt with each hit.
