Enable bulk restart when multiple files fail to upload #518

I Wish... we could do a bulk restart if files fail to upload - It might be cumbersome when a dozen or so files have failed one after another because of network issues, to restart every single one. A bulk restart would be good, wouldn't it? But how? From #513

If this doesn't work: Plan b - since it currently has white text over a white overlay (hard to read) coul @uniqx just change the text to teal so it will show up?
