Health Checks option not getting enabled #611

Describe the bug The health check option is not getting enabled. When trying to toggle it on, it redirects to the settings page and then when I check that option again, it is still not enabled.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to General settings
  2. Click on Health Check toggle to enable it

Expected behavior Health check should be enabled for the app
