"+" disappears for all the projects if we select few media in one project and move to another project

Steps to Reproduce :

1. Open Save App (should have 2 or more projects with atleast one project having media files)
2. Go to Project which has some media files
3. Select few media files
4. Go to Another project

Expected Result

"+" icon should be displayed at the bottom right of the project to upload the media files

Actual Result :

Delete icon is displayed if we select few media files in one project and then move to another project. No "+" sign is displayed to upload the media files in another project.
