Create OpenArchive organization-owned account on App Store Connect #193

The eventual App Store Connect home for Save should be in an "Open Archive" organization. Previously, no such org existed and IIUC, we needed additional documentation to verify we are such an organization. As we move toward becoming an independent org/graduation from fiscal sponsorship, we should be able to clear that App Store hurdle and transfer the app from Postmodern Apps' auspices to our own.

For now, we are blocked pending the organization formation.

@tladesignz we have our LLC setup, can you do this for us if I give you the info? Else let's do it together

Waiting for both ios and android to be finished, then to work with @n8fr8 to transfer - hopefully within the next month! I will coordinate

Criteria which need to be fulfilled before transfer can happen: https://developer.apple.com/help/app-store-connect/transfer-an-app/app-transfer-criteria

Both "account owner" roles need to handle the actual transfer. That means @n8fr8 and @foundscapes.

I will make sure, the criteria are fulfilled.
