Communicate to the user their options for long duration uploading #198

Uploading in the foreground is straightforward while, as of late, background uploads are unlikely to succeed. Communicate to the user that they can upload more successfully in the foreground and that "upside down on the table" is available. See this conversation.

@foundscapes No message is getting displayed when the users leaves and uses the app in background. However, when the user again access the app, uploading resumes and is completed successfully.

Tested on below environment :

OS : IOS 17.2 Device : Iphone XR Build version : 3.1.0, build 93

Please decide on UX. Provide wording, styling etc.
