Reword text in onboarding screens and other areas to be less jargony #205

Some of the text in the on-boarding screens, and in particular this graf are a bit jargony:

Include your credentials while Save adds extra metadata to help with chain of custody and verification workflows.

These were previously work-shopped in #88 but I would recommend revisiting them to rephrase to common vernacular, with a focus on highlighting a feature and its use case, and maybe a tad less focus on technical minutiae.
