Nextcloud doesn't allow to configure access for others (like admins) to user's private files, except through a "Shared Folders" "app" (a plugin).
Root folder cannot be shared at all, neither can automatic folder shares be set up.
Describe the solution you'd like
We need to allow to configure a base folder to write to instead of the root folder, so SAVE will write in the shared folder, instead of the root.
This should be another form field at the WebDAV login scene. Optionally with interactive folder browsing, at least in a later implementation.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Maybe automatic sharing via WebDAV commands is possible. This would be a more expensive and a way less compatible solution. (Would be very Nextcloud-specific.)
On the Nextcloud side, there seems to be no other good way of configuring access (see above). Users will currently have to log in into the Nextcloud web frontend and share every project they created (uploaded) manually.
