My system is ubuntu16.04. I can not refresh anything from the server sometime, but most of time it is just fine. Is there some wrong?

Are you using the Official 0.8.8 Package? You can find it here: http://openarena.ws/download.php Sometimes, OpenArena versions which come with Linux Distros Repositories (apt-get etc.) do give some more headaches... using (manually downloaded) official packages fixes some issues.

I'm not telling this is the case, but however it's the first thing I would try...

Maybe it's caused by some error in configuration file or from some third-party pk3. That "verload" makes me almost think that somewhere someone mistyped the name of the "overload" gametype (also known as "obelisk" - which is what should be written in the "gametype" key in the .bsp), but who knows...

Keys or values means that there's a "gametype" "verload" key-value pair somewhere. I need to check this, because it pertains a map.
