Closing in favour of pinning actions/checkout to v3 (i.e. ignoring major updates) - see #47

Can we at least update the versions that will work? As the older ones become deprecated and will stop working at some point?

It was pinned in https://github.com/OpenAssetIO/OpenAssetIO-TraitGen/pull/47 to ignore major version updates, so we should still get patches. Also, only actions/checkout was pinned.

I'm hopeful we can revert the pinning sooner rather than later, once we get around to some CI spring cleaning.
