Rewrote the coordinate handling to correctly handle negative coordinates between 0 and -1.
Fixed some bugs in the coordinate handling.
Prevented backlash code from doing nothing when backlash is zero.
Added some more logging.
Removed an errant Meade return value when no command was sent.
