Add conda-forge to list of inspected channels

Should populate this channel with conda-forge-built packages instead of building from scratch, when possible.

Two things going wrong here, neither of which I understand:

conda-build-all says it will build all of the conda packages for healpy even though they already exist on conda-forge (note that I have now copied them to this channel, so I'll need to switch to another package for testing).
conda-build-all is raising an error when authentication fails (see https://travis-ci.org/OpenAstronomy/conda-channel/jobs/137109196#L2033)

This is now live, and seems to be working.
