Add page for 2020 meeting #55

This PR adds a skeleton page for the 2020 PyAstro meeting. It also updates the main page and navbar appropriately.

hmm. @Cadair or @SolarDrew do you know what is up with the failing build?

It looks like it's trying to run 'source activate' for the conda environment instead of 'conda activate', so I guess that needs updating in the travis config?

Maybe it needs to be updated to be conda activate not source activate now?

Lol. I've updated it in master, @wtbarnes , so if you pull it should all work now.
