fix: fixed an issue where openssl dependencies were not automatically… #305

1、解决了没有自动配置openssl依赖的问题。 2、将BUILD_TIMESTAMP和GIT_COMMIT_ID添加宏定义的方式修改为TARGET_COMPILE_DEFINITIONS，避免重复编译。
