Merge frontend changes from team-europe/tulip

[Sijisu]

As discussed previously this is merging some frontend improvements and fixes from the TE fork of Tulip.

Namely:

• vim-style keyboard shortcuts
• search and flag highlighting (code based on #5 )
• send to CyberChef and Download buttons
• other small fixes and life improvements
